The Milwaukee Bucks head to Texas looking to pick up their fifth straight win when they play the Dallas Mavericks on Saturday night.
After a successful three-game home stand, the Milwaukee Bucks are back on the road again, and hoping to build on the positive momentum they’ve gathered since the arrival of point guard Eric Bledsoe.
As the Bucks head into Bledsoe’s fifth game with the team, they continue to boast an undefeated record of 4-0 with the 27-year-old in the team.
While Bledsoe’s presence has helped the Bucks offensively, particularly in late game situations like their Wednesday win over the Detroit Pistons, the biggest difference in Milwaukee’s recent improvement has come on the defensive end of the floor.

The Bucks rank fifth in the NBA in defensive rating since Bledsoe made his debut on November 10, but Bledsoe, Giannis Antetokounmpo and company will have their defensive prowess put to the test on Saturday night.
Although the current group of Dallas Mavericks players is made up of considerably less talent than in years past, they do relish in shooting an abundance of three-pointers, which is something that could trigger some old defensive weaknesses for Milwaukee.
How will Saturday’s game play out, and what are the keys to victory for both teams, though? Let’s take a closer look at the action ahead.
