In the latest edition of our Milwaukee Bucks’ Win In 6 Podcast, we reflect on the team’s embarrassing loss to the Mavericks, and old habits dying hard.
The latest episode of our Win In 6 Podcast arrives as the air has come out of the Milwaukee Bucks with Eric Bledsoe balloon, thanks to a crushing defeat on the road in Dallas.
Although the past week presented plenty of positives as far as the Bucks are concerned, it’s tough not to feel that Saturday’s loss was still the most significant result of all.
The Bucks didn’t just have an off-night and lose a highly competitive game late on, but they got drubbed by 32 points by the team with the worst record in the league, and exposed for a lack of effort and desire.

We dived deep into the game and how it played out, along with the post-game reactions of Jason Kidd, Khris Middleton and Eric Bledsoe in an attempt to find out why this happened, and whether there are any valid excuses for such a poor performance.
Tying into the same theme, we revisited the subject of Milwaukee’s habit of playing down to their opposition, and just how costly that can be if they hope to come close to any of their lofty ambitions for the season overall.
We also talked about what the Bucks are getting from John Henson, and what, if anything, that means for the team’s long-term outlook at the center position..
Lastly, we wrapped things up by checking in with the Jack Bauer counter and making our predictions for the week ahead.
