The Milwaukee Bucks couldn’t quite manage to get past the red-hot Houston Rockets on Saturday night, but how did their players grade individually?

The Milwaukee Bucks certainly weren’t expected to get a win on the road against the Houston Rockets on Saturday night, but they may well have left the Toyota Center feeling like they could have easily stolen an upset victory.

In a hard-fought game between two teams who were dealing with injuries and clearly feeling the effects of fatigue on the second night of a back-to-back, the Bucks managed to hang around until the very end in spite of it seeming like they’d been beaten multiple times during the third and fourth quarters.

Following a disappointing home loss to the Chicago Bulls on Friday, the minimum expectation for the Bucks was to show an improved performance and a response of sorts.

With a strong collective effort, which included three players scoring over 20 points and Eric Bledsoe just falling short of that at 19, the Bucks delivered in that regard.

If it wasn’t for frequent fouling, the game could have easily turned into a relatively comfortable Bucks win, but Milwaukee afforded opportunities to the Rockets and Chris Paul and James Harden were able to take advantage.

With all of that in mind, let’s take a closer look at how exactly saturday night’s game played out, and grade the individual performances of the Bucks, Jason Kidd and the Rockets as a group.
