Milwaukee Bucks: Grades from 131-127 loss to Toronto Raptors
By Adam McGee
The Milwaukee Bucks lost in overtime as they faced the Toronto Raptors for the first time since last year’s playoffs, but how did the players grade?
The Milwaukee Bucks and Toronto Raptors had a long wait to face again following their highly entertaining first round playoff series last April, but as they played out an overtime thriller on Monday it seems fair to say the wait was worth it.
A franchise-high 52 points for DeMar DeRozan — not eight points, just free throws — and, of course, the win, will ensure that this game will last longer in the memory of Raptors fans than it will for their Milwaukee counterparts.
Still, that doesn’t mean that there weren’t plenty of positives for the Bucks.

In his first taste of what’s becoming an ever-growing rivalry, Eric Bledsoe was very impressive for the Bucks, the sight of the Raptors gave Thon Maker the necessary inspiration to produce his best performance of the season to date, and Matthew Dellavedova continues to help the Bucks move the ball with ease coming off the bench.
Of course, the Bucks will be disappointed considering they had real chances to win, and can point to costly mistakes that robbed them of that chance, but with the Raptors traveling to Milwaukee later in the week, they’ll have a chance to exact revenge very soon.
How did Milwaukee’s individuals perform on the night, though? Let’s take a deeper dive into the game to find out.
