The Milwaukee Bucks host the Golden State Warriors Friday night in what will be the defending champions’ lone and final visit to the BMO Harris Bradley Center.
The biggest test for the Milwaukee Bucks on the season comes Friday night as the defending NBA champs, the Golden State Warriors, come to town for their one and only visit to Milwaukee for the 2017-18 NBA season (insert any NBA Finals irrational optimism you may have here, Bucks fans).
The Warriors will enter Friday night’s game 33-9, a step down from the winning pace they were at in their first year with eight-time All-Star Kevin Durant in the fold.

Of course, any time the Warriors come to Milwaukee from now on, it will only bring up the memories of the Bucks putting a halt to their undefeated 24-game winning streak to begin the 2015-16 season (no official word on if there are 33-10 shirts being printed before the game yet).
And despite the result going to the Warriors’ favor, the Dubs’ visit to Milwaukee last season was almost equally electric and compelling as they edged out the Bucks 124-121, with all four of Stephen Curry, Klay Thompson, Durant and Draymond Green combining for 92 of their 124 points for the game.
While the Bucks will similarly be without one of their cornerstone players when they host the Warriors, this time in Jabari Parker, they obviously sport a new wrinkle with Eric Bledsoe now in the mix at the point of attack. Add in Durant and Giannis Antetokounmpo going toe-to-toe against each other, there’s plenty of potential in some of the storylines that are sure to bubble up throughout the night.
With all that in mind, let’s take a closer look at what lies ahead and how things could play out Friday night for the Bucks as well as the Warriors.
