Major key for Milwaukee – Find some offense

With less than 24 hours having passed since the Bucks came off the floor in Miami having lost by 18 and shot 31.6 percent from the field and 14.3 percent from deep, Milwaukee’s priority on Monday should be obvious.

Jason Kidd‘s team need to find some kind of offensive flow, and to do so they’d be best served in moving away from many of the bad habits they have fallen into in recent weeks.

Players like Giannis Antetokounmpo, Eric Bledsoe and Khris Middleton are generally good enough to score even when the offense breaks down, but they could be so much more effective within the flow of a functioning offense.

Off-ball movement and frequent passing used to be cornerstones of Milwaukee’s offensive approach, but both have become increasingly rare of late. On Sunday in Miami, the Bucks often stood around and watched teammates miss shots in isolation, while dishing out a season low nine assists overall.

To win on Monday the offense will not only need to improve, but to be more team focused too.
