After a night to forget on Thursday, the Milwaukee Bucks will hope to bounce back against the New York Knicks as Jabari Parker returns on Friday.

Milwaukee Bucks fans have long been awaiting Jabari Parker’s return from his second torn ACL, and on Friday against the New York Knicks he will finally return to the court.

Although some of the joy of that moment will have been tarnished by a night of injuries to other key players on Friday in Minnesota, the timing may be perfect for Parker’s presence to provide some kind of pick-me-up for his teammates and the fans.

According to recent comments from both the player and coaching staff, Parker will be playing with a minutes restriction starting at around the 15-minute mark on Friday.

Away from Parker’s return, Thursday night injuries to Malcolm Brogdon and Giannis Antetokounmpo, sees Eric Bledsoe joined on the list of high profile Bucks whose status will be uncertain for Friday and beyond.

On a more positive front, Friday’s game will mark another return. Michael Beasley will be back at the Bradley Center for the first time since signing with the Knicks as a free agent in the summer, and having earned a reputation as something of a cult hero in his single year in Milwaukee, he’ll likely receive a very warm reception.

With all of that in mind, let’s take a closer look at the action ahead, and how things might play out as the Knicks visit Milwaukee on Friday night.
