The Milwaukee Bucks picked up a vital win in their first game back home, as they edged past a depleted, but red-hot Boston Celtics team.

The Milwaukee Bucks picked up an important win as they returned home on Tuesday night, putting the late game collapse from Sunday in Denver behind them.

The visitors were a vastly depleted Boston Celtics team, but still they arrived in Milwaukee as winners of six consecutive games and with a chance to close the gap on the top spot in the Eastern Conference.

Although it was certainly Boston who started more urgently, the Bucks eventually found their footing and gradually seized control of the game from there.

The Celtics never truly did enough to close the gap and overhaul the lead, but considering their own stellar fourth quarter play and Milwaukee’s problems in that area, there was still plenty of cause for tension among the Bradley Center crowd in what proved to be a close, competitive game.

With so many key players missing, the Celtics were at a talent deficit compared to the Bucks, and Milwaukee’s best players made that count.

Giannis Antetokounmpo, Khris Middleton and Eric Bledsoe were all on close to top form, while Jabari Parker was also able to chip in with a positive impact coming off the bench.

With all of that in mind, let’s get down to business and take a closer look at the Bucks’ individual performances on Tuesday night.
