The latest episode of our Win In 6 Podcast arrives as we discuss the latest developments in the Milwaukee Bucks’ search for a new head coach, and the potential battle for Mike Budenholzer’s services.

The latest episode of our Win In 6 Podcast arrives as the Milwaukee Bucks continue their head coaching search, and Mike Budenholzer starts to emerged as something of a rumored favorite for the job.

According to multiple national and local reports, the Bucks are facing real competition for Budenholzer with the Toronto Raptors similarly interested in hiring him, but Milwaukee’s representatives scheduled to meet him for a second time on Tuesday.

There may still be other candidates under consideration and set to be called for second interviews of their own, but at least in regards to Budenholzer, a need for urgency has started to emerge.

To try and break that down and get on top of all of the latest developments, we started by discussing our continued impressions of the search process so far.

From there, we moved on to talking about the threat posed by the Raptors for Budenholzer and how the appeal of the two jobs stack up against each other.

Lastly, we fielded questions from our listeners via the mailbag on the coaching search, and much more.

Joining me for this episode was Jordan Treske and Rohan Katti.

(NOTE: This podcast was recorded before news emerged of Celtics assistant Jay Larranaga having interviewed for the job.)
