Milwaukee Bucks: How accurate are the team’s NBA 2K19 ratings?

NBA 2K19 is finally here and NBA fans are rejoicing. How accurate are their player ratings, though? We break down the Milwaukee Bucks’ ratings to find out.
If you’ve heard an uptick of shouting from your neighbor’s apartment or haven’t gotten a text back from your boyfriend (or girlfriend) in the past couple days, you may well have the recent release of NBA 2K19 to blame!
A must-have for NBA junkies, the NBA 2K franchise has became so ingrained with NBA culture that its increasingly closely tied to how many fans see players in real life. I’ve even caught myself with this same mindset at times while watching games.
“Arron Baynes just hit a jumper? He can’t make a shot outside of the paint in 2K!”

These are thoughts I’ve actually had.
Players themselves regularly complain that their ratings are inaccurate. For further evidence, just check out Ronnie 2K, for many the face and voice of the NBA 2K franchise, and his twitter mentions. They’re full of complaints from fans and even players that the game doesn’t accurately represent their real life production, abilities and appearance.
How accurate is it when it comes to the Milwaukee Bucks, though? As an avid 2K gamer and Bucks fan, I should be well qualified to critique the 2K19 ratings for the Bucks players, and so that’s exactly what I’ll do here.
Let’s go through the Bucks’ key players and decide whether their ratings are fair or foul.
