Milwaukee Bucks: 5 goals for Ersan Ilyasova in 2018-19 season
Now in his third spell as a member of the Milwaukee Bucks, we preview Ersan Ilyasova‘s 2018-19 season by identifying five goals and ways he can impact the team throughout the year.
In the few roster additions the Milwaukee Bucks made over the summer, no move stood more shocking than the return of Ersan Ilyasova.
Having spent the first eight seasons of his NBA career in Milwaukee, Ilyasova was a mainstay through the Bucks’ lean years in the early part of this decade before he was dealt to the Detroit Pistons in a cap clearing move back in June of 2015.
Following his departure, Ilyasova bounced all around the league suiting up for the Pistons, the Orlando Magic, the Oklahoma City Thunder, the Atlanta Hawks and the Philadelphia 76ers on two separate occasions over a three-year span.

Quite a stark contrast to the long-standing stint he enjoyed with the Bucks previously to that.
Now Ilyasova returns back to the place where he notably developed into the player he stands as today and first made his mark on the league by serving as a serviceable stretch-4.
At 31 years old, Ilyasova still holds many of the same qualities that made him a starting-caliber player during his second stint with the Bucks. Now most likely serving as a depth piece within new head coach Mike Budenholzer’s rotation, Ilyasova will look to carve out a complementary role around the cornerstone players that have taken leaps and bounds with their play since Ilyasova last donned a Bucks uniform.
So without further ado, let’s look ahead to Ersan Ilyasova’s return season in Milwaukee and look at five goals for him to attain throughout the 2018-19 NBA season.
