Milwaukee Bucks: 5 goals for Thon Maker in 2018-19 season
Entering his third season with the Milwaukee Bucks, Thon Maker will look to put his struggles behind him as he looks to get back on track in his development that will hopefully be aided by new head coach Mike Budenholzer.
Throughout his two years with the Milwaukee Bucks, it’s fair to say the progress of Thon Maker has come at a non-linear rate.
Of course, Maker arrived to Milwaukee and the league as a whole after being taken with the 10th overall pick in the 2016 NBA Draft with plenty of curiosity and intrigue surrounding him.
That was both in part due to the circuitous path he took by being the first prep-to-pro prospect since the one-and-done rule was established as well as being something of a YouTube sensation during his journey through the amateur ranks.

The combination of Maker’s complementary skill-set, high IQ and insatiable drive to become a great player obviously won over the Bucks’ brass at the time of his selection a little more than two summers ago.
But any hope of Maker’s potential translating into production on the court has struggled to bear fruit on a consistent basis, save for his rousing and series-changing performances in each of the Bucks’ last two playoff appearances.

So without further ado, let’s look at five potential goals for Thon Maker to aim toward and hopefully accomplish for the 2018-19 NBA season.
