Standing as the most heralded signing the Milwaukee Bucks made over the offseason, we detail five goals for Brook Lopez to hit for the 2018-19 NBA season.
The offseason obviously brought about some big changes for the Milwaukee Bucks that went well beyond the players that currently construct their roster.
But of the player additions they made this summer, the signing of veteran big man Brook Lopez easily comes in as one of the more universally approved moves the Bucks have garnered in quite some time.
Some of that stems from the value of the deal he inked to come join the club, which came in at one-year for essentially $3.4 million.

To get a player of Lopez’s stature at the bi-annual exception represented a big coup on the Bucks’ part in the midst of the overhaul they were looking to establish.
Since Lopez made his arrival to Milwaukee official, he has only sung the praises of playing alongside a superstar like Giannis Antetokounmpo, the rest of the team’s foundation and under new head coach Mike Budenholzer as well as the team’s chances for the coming year.
And that extends to the role Lopez will be providing to the Bucks under Bud as the 30-year-old talked about during this year’s Bucks Media Day late last month:
"“It’s great having that initial role defined. Obviously it makes things a lot clearer, and we can get pretty far, pretty quickly. And I’m fortunate enough to kind of have been in this situation before playing for Kenny Atkinson in Brooklyn. You know, that’s one of Bud’s guys. And he was the one who really got me shooting threes in games. A lot of it from him was really just getting work in in the offseason, giving me the confidence, to shoot the ball and even miss in-game. So I think that definitely gives me an advantage coming here to play for Coach Bud.”"
So without further ado, let’s go ahead and list five goals for Brook Lopez to achieve throughout the 2018-19 season.
