Win in 6 Podcast #248: October’s very own best team in the NBA
By Adam McGee
The latest episode of our Win In 6 Podcast arrives as we look back on the Milwaukee Bucks’ 7-0 October stretch.
Our Win In 6 Podcast returns as we discuss another winning week for the Milwaukee Bucks, which included a win over yet another notable Eastern Conference rival in the form of the Toronto Raptors.
The Bucks have equaled their franchise best start to the season — and will have a chance to surpass it on Thursday night with a win over the Boston Celtics — leaving them as the NBA’s last remaining undefeated team in the process.

Although everyone hoped and expected major improvement under Mike Budenholzer, it’s fair to say that even the most optimistic of Bucks fans weren’t anticipating the positive results to bear out quite so quickly.
To begin with on this occasion, we looked back on the Bucks’ wins over the Raptors, Timberwolves and Magic, before focusing more specifically on how the Bucks and Raptors compare.
From there, we checked in with how the Bucks’ stats rank after week two, and what individual contributions stand out in that capacity.
We then moved on to discussing the Bucks’ decision to pick up the team options for D.J. Wilson and Thon Maker‘s third and fourth seasons respectively.
Lastly, we turned to the mailbag and fielded questions from our listeners on Milwaukee’s start to the season, the MECCA uniforms, and much more.
Joining me for this episode, he’s your favorite Bucks legend’s favorite blogger, it’s Jordan Treske.
