Win in 6 Podcast #249: What the win over the Warriors teaches us about the Milwaukee Bucks
By Adam McGee
The latest episode of our Win In 6 Podcast arrives as we look back on the Milwaukee Bucks’ win in Oakland, defensive developments, and more.
Our Win In 6 Podcast returns as we discuss another eventful week for the Milwaukee Bucks, which was topped off by a spectacular victory over back-to-back NBA champions, the Golden State Warriors.
If the Bucks weren’t already the buzz of the NBA following their positive start to life under Mike Budenholzer, they certainly captured the national spotlight with a blowout win at Oracle Arena in front of the TNT cameras.

Coming at the end of a week where the Bucks had actually suffered their first two losses of the season, such a win acted not only as a statement of Milwaukee’s intentions but also of their newfound resilience and toughness.
To begin with on this occasion, we discussed the win over the Warriors and some of the reactions from around the NBA in the immediate aftermath.
From there, we discussed some of the individual performances from that game, and how the team’s change in attitude appears to be helping them.
We then moved on to talking about the losses to the Trail Blazers and Celtics, the defensive vulnerability that presented itself in those two games, and why it shouldn’t currently be a cause for major concern.
Lastly, we turned to the mailbag and answered questions from our listeners on the latest Bucks happenings, and much more.
Joining me for this episode, and frequently reminding everyone that it’s still only November, is Jordan Treske.
