The Milwaukee Bucks have been hit with a number of injuries over the last few weeks, yet they have had a number of reserve players help stem the tide to keep up their league-leading pace as the regular season comes to a close.

On the cusp of locking down home court advantage throughout the entire playoffs, and a chance at clinching a 60-win season for the fifth time in franchise history, the fruits of the Milwaukee Bucks’ highly successful season are about to be enjoyed by a fanbase that has long been starving for a year such as this one.

Led by their leading MVP candidate Giannis Antetokounmpo and organized by head coach Mike Budenholzer, the Bucks have rounded themselves into an incredibly cohesive, all purpose unit over the course of their campaign.

Of course, the Bucks haven’t done all of this without facing some level of adversity, that being the recent run of injuries that could have derailed their pursuit of securing the best record in the league after the All-Star break.

First came the blow to Malcolm Brogdon, who has been sidelined with a plantar fascia tear in his right foot. Then, Nikola Mirotic suffered a slight fracture in his left thumb days later during the team’s win over the lowly Los Angeles Lakers.

With a number of nagging injuries striking their backcourt depth as well as Antetokounmpo suffering a string of rolled ankles, the Bucks’ injury report has been running longer than the list of players available on a given night.

But slowly and surely, the Bucks have weathered the injury storm and with an assortment of players stepping up for increased minutes off the bench and even on a temporary basis in the starting lineup, the team has still resembled the machine-like juggernaut from midway through the year.

So without further ado, let’s dig into the various Bucks players who have all made major contributions in the face of the team’s recent string of adversity, and who will need to continue to do so heading into the postseason.
