After falling to the bottom of the G League last season by compiling a 12-38 record, tying the Northern Arizona Suns for the worst record last year, the Herd underwent significant changes in order to find a new path toward success.
That started with bolstering their front office around general manager Dave Dean and in late July, they appointed Chase Buford as the club’s second-ever coach after dismissing Jordan Brady at the end of last season.
With Buford on board as well as a pair of two new two-way players in Frank Mason III and Cam Reynolds who will be relied on to lead the way throughout the year, the Herd will look to make waves and deal with the unpredictability that is life in the G League to find a path towards success in hopes of potentially reaching the playoffs for the first time in their young existence.
So without further ado, let’s dive into who all will represent the Wisconsin Herd as they kick off their 2019-20 season.
