The Milwaukee Bucks started their road trip on a sour note as they suffered a comprehensive loss at the hands of the San Antonio Spurs.

The Milwaukee Bucks found themselves on the wrong end of an incredibly rare blowout defeat on Monday night.

In many ways, that wasn’t all that surprising given the circumstances. Home-and-home series are not all that common in the regular season, and playing the same team twice in three days reliably brings its own unique challenges.

That’s likely even more pressing when facing a team that blows as hot and cold as the Spurs have this season, not to mention the talent and IQ that San Antonio has at its disposal in terms of both coaching and players.

In the end, the bottom line of the game, and this loss for the Bucks, is that it’s close to impossible to live with an opponent that puts up shooting splits of .511/.543/.895 in any given game. The fact that Milwaukee was below its usual shooting standards didn’t make it any easier either.

With that in mind, let’s take a closer look at the Bucks’ individual efforts from their loss to the Spurs.
