Milwaukee Bucks: Takeaways from 117-97 win over Brooklyn Nets

The Milwaukee Bucks had little difficulty in compiling another big win, as they rolled through the Brooklyn Nets on Saturday night at Barclays Center.
The Milwaukee Bucks were re-acquainted with Kyrie Irving for the first time since last year’s playoffs on Saturday night, and a new team didn’t do anything to change the outcome.
The Bucks cruised to a 20-point win at the Barclays Center, with the only real discomfort for Milwaukee coming in an early burst of three-pointers from Brooklyn.

Once the Bucks recovered from that early flurry, they powered out into the lead and didn’t come close to looking back.
Giannis Antetokounmpo and Khris Middleton were both on top form once again, piling up impressive numbers in minutes totals that were again shortened by their dominance.
Elsewhere, Brook Lopez was absolutely dominant in the paint, while Kyle Korver and Donte DiVincenzo continued their steady recent form in chipping in with scoring off the bench.
