As the 2019-20 NBA season inches closer to restarting, Milwaukee Bucks superstar Giannis Antetokounmpo will look to finish what he started this year.

The Milwaukee Bucks will soon have their eye on the prize again now that they’re in Orlando.

It’s been over four months since the Bucks were last back in action as the coronavirus pandemic suspended the 2019-20 NBA season on March 11. It’s been a long, strange trip ever since, but the league’s plan to restart the season cleared a huge hurdle with all 22 teams, including the Bucks, settling into Walt Disney World for the next few months.

More from Bucks News

The time away from the game, the court or even a hoop proved to be the longest spent away from basketball for many players across the league, including Bucks superstar Giannis Antetokounmpo.

Of course, Antetokounmpo had been in the midst of yet another fantastic year, all of which propelled the Bucks to improve on the high bar they reached last year.

The same rang true for Antetokounmpo individually in his second season playing under head coach Mike Budenholzer as the reigning MVP has managed to build on the vast foundation he laid down last year.

Now with the start of the Bucks’ seeding schedule less than three weeks away, Antetokounmpo is set to finish what he and the Bucks started some time ago.

So without further ado, let’s review the work Giannis Antetokounmpo had accomplished this season and the questions that remains as the 2019-20 season ramps up back into action.
