The Milwaukee Bucks are set to kick off their playoff run and first round series against the Orlando Magic Tuesday afternoon down in Orlando.
The start of the Milwaukee Bucks‘ long-awaited 2020 playoff run is finally here as they prepare to kick on their first round series with the Orlando Magic early Tuesday afternoon.
Even with all the circumstances considered going into their restart, the Bucks couldn’t have entered the playoffs on a more unfamiliar note in the Mike Budenholzer era after having gone 3-5 through their seeding games to finish out the regular season.

Orlando, meanwhile, didn’t fare much better as they took their first two contests before falling into a five-game losing streak and taking the final seeding game against a less than full strength New Orleans Pelicans squad to go 3-5 as well.
As the Bucks have dealt with a number of rest-related absences and the one-game suspension of superstar Giannis Antetokounmpo, the Magic have battled through terrible injury setbacks, headlined by the loss of rising defensive star Jonathan Isaac.
And of course, there is a shared DNA in the current iteration of both the Bucks and the Magic as Orlando’s current front office is led by general manager John Hammond since he came to Orlando by way of Milwaukee after a nine-year stint as the Bucks’ former general manger.
But after having taken all four of their meetings with the Magic during the regular season and all decided by a whopping 68 points, the Bucks will look to carry over that resounding success into the start of the series this afternoon.
So without further ado, let’s kick off the start of the Bucks’ series with the Orlando Magic and preview what to watch for in Game 1.
