The Milwaukee Bucks returned to action and closed out their first round series against the Orlando Magic on Saturday afternoon.
After a difficult few days where the Milwaukee Bucks had taken a bold and brave stand and found themselves as the global center of attention like never before, it was fair to wonder how the players would look as they tried to simply return to their day jobs on Saturday in Orlando.
The answer, by and large, was very positive. The Bucks closed out their first round series against the Orlando Magic with a commanding Game 5 win that, outside of a rough few minutes in the second half, may even have included some of their best play in Orlando so far.

It may have taken a few minutes for all involved to hit their stride, but eventually they did. For the Bucks’ part, they looked like the Bucks. And that isn’t something that has always been true of them over the past couple of months.
Giannis Antetokounmpo and Khris Middleton led the charge, Brook Lopez and Eric Bledsoe put in strong supporting performances, and Marvin Williams starred in his role off the bench.
The Bucks will need a more consistent 48 minutes the next time they’re in action, but the positives were there as they sealed a second round date with the Miami Heat.
