Giannis Antetokounmpo: 3 shooters to pair with the MVP in free agency

The Milwaukee Bucks need to surround Giannis Antetokounmpo with more shooting this offseason, and free agency could help them do so.
Giannis Antetokounmpo’s sheer dominance over the past two seasons has been nothing short of historic for the Milwaukee Bucks.
However, the Greek Freak’s Achilles heel remains his shooting woes, particularly from long range. In the past two seasons, both of which ended with him taking home each of the last two MVP honors, Antetokounmpo shot a combined 28.4 percent from behind the arc, a number that has hindered the team and his overall development.

While Antetokounmpo’s improvement from deep is crucial, the Bucks have done a fantastic job in compensating for his shooting troubles by surrounding him with talent on the perimeter.
Bringing in both Wesley Matthews and Kyle Korver last offseason, for example, come to mind, which came as a result of a recruiting effort from Antetokounmpo himself.
For the last two regular seasons, the Bucks’ 3-point formula has worked for them as they have constructed their blueprint for success around the Greek superstar. But in each of their last two playoff runs, we’ve seen the Bucks’ middling efficiency drop off and their offense suffer as a result, whether against the Toronto Raptors or the Miami Heat.
Now, as the team prepares to resahpe their roster this offseason, adding more outside shooting and raising their overall efficiency stands atop of their to-do list. As the Bucks look to improve their roster this offseason, here are three shooters they should target to complement Giannis Antetokounmpo.
