Previously having released the shortened preseason schedule, the NBA went ahead and released the first half of the 2020-21 regular season schedule on Friday. Within that span, there is no shortage of eye-catching matchups for the Milwaukee Bucks. Whether it be because of the story, top-tier matchup, or whatever else, here are five Milwaukee games to get excited for in the next few months.

5. Atlanta Hawks at Milwaukee Bucks, January 24

The Atlanta Hawks will visit Fiserv Forum on January 24 in a game against the Bucks that has headlines written all over it for all the wrong reasons.

Of course, the most apparent is that Bogdan Bogdanovic will be visiting Milwaukee for the first time since the Bucks’ failed to sign-and-trade for him this offseason. A deal was reportedly in place that would send him to Milwaukee, but several twists and turns along with an investigation for tampering led to him signing a four-year, $72 million deal with the Atlanta Hawks that the Sacramento Kings declined to match.

Bogdanovic aside, the Hawks also significantly improved this offseason with other additions such as Rajon Rondo, Danilo Gallinari, and Kris Dunn. Atlanta will surely be pushing for the postseason after missing out for three consecutive seasons and could be a captivating matchup against the Bucks.
