The Milwaukee Bucks will resume playoff action tonight as they hit the road to take on the Miami Heat in Game 3 of this first round series.

Given how different the first two matchups of this series have been, the third installment in this series is shaping up to be unpredictable. Of course, Game 1 was a thriller that came down to the closing seconds as Khris Middleton’s game-winning jumper in overtime buried the Heat to give the Bucks a two-point victory.

Game 2 was far more anticlimactic than its predecessor as the Bucks established an immediate sense of tenacity from the opening tip and never looked back. With everything seemingly tipping in their favor, Milwaukee steamrolled Miami on their way to a 34-point victory.

Boasting a 2-0 series lead, the Bucks will look to keep their winning ways consistent and take a commanding lead with a win in this game.

With that being said, let us look at three things worth watching for in tonight’s highly anticipated Game 3 matchup between the Milwaukee Bucks and Heat.

How will the Milwaukee Bucks respond to homecourt advantage shifting?

With homecourt advantage in their favor, the Bucks handled their business by winning the first two games of this series at Fiserv Forum.

Although Game 1 was a closely contested contest, the energy provided from those fans in the stands certainly helped spark the Bucks’ blowout win in Game 2. The Heat looked devoid of energy during the ladder matchup, but they will undoubtedly get a boost from those fans down in South Beach over these next two.

With CBS Miami noting that the Heat will increase fan capacity from 8,600 to 17,000 for tonight’s game and beyond, the arena will be much more lively than the team is accustomed to having.

It will be interesting to see if the Bucks can continue their momentum from Monday’s win in Milwaukee to tonight’s matchup in Miami. With the opportunity to take a commanding 3-0 series lead on the line, the Bucks will look to come out with the same aggressive approach that has proved successful in each of the past two games. The biggest question is whether that success can translate on the road, and only time will tell if this team is built for it.
