Karl-Anthony Towns, Minnesota Timberwolves

While this may be a different direction from what many of you may envision in a potential Jrue Holiday trade, trading for Karl-Anthony Towns could create a dominant duo that would take the league by storm. The pairing of Towns and Gobert seems to be a failure as of now, so there is a chance that Minnesota may be ready to move one of the two.

With 36-year-old Brook Lopez set to hit the free agency market this summer, finding another big man to replace him may be worth exploring. Towns, a career 39.5 percent 3-point shooter, would space the floor for Giannis, while also being a talented all-around scorer. Pairing another scoring big man alongside Antetokounmpo would be a nightmare for opposing teams to match up against.

Towns struggles on the defensive side of the ball, where he tends to often get into foul trouble, but with the right scheme and the defensive mindset that has been instilled into the Bucks organization over the past few seasons, there shouldn’t be much of a concern. At 27 years old, adding the center would also help fill the team’s need for more young pieces.
