Peter is a junior Journalism student at the University of Wisconsin-Oshkosh. He is a Bucks fan dreaming of the days when the Bucks know what it's like to have a bandwagon. The name "Tobias Harris" is essentially a swear word in his book and you better have a darn good reason for using it.
