The latest Milwaukee Bucks Daily is here as Brandon Jennings‘ August 1 guarantee date begins to loom large.

In today’s edition of Milwaukee Bucks Daily, we take a look at the details surrounding Brandon Jennings’ upcoming guarantee date, consider the continued reactions to the Pat Connaughton signing, and much more.

With his guarantee date having already been pushed back a month following some initial confusion, it now seems even less likely that Jennings will be retained for next season. The addition of Connaughton creates the need for a roster spot to be opened up heading into the season, meaning one of Tyler Zeller or Jennings is likely to make way. Perhaps Jennings’ guarantee will be pushed back further to take him into training camp, but it’s hard to see what the benefit of such a move would be.
